(1) One hospital with the prescribed number of beds should be arranged in each prison with more than five hundred prisoners and one health post in each prison with less than that number of prisoners.
(2) Unless a hospital or health post is arranged according to sub-section (1), the prison administrator shall coordinate with the government hospital or health post near the place where the prison office is located and make arrangements for the health examination and treatment of the prisoners in the prison.
